Delete my data
Account deletion and data deletion requests for
Slix.io: Cut & Conquer (com.slixio.game).
There is no account to delete, because there was never one to create. What exists is data on your own phone, plus technical data held by Google for advertising, analytics and purchases. Here is how to remove each part.
Is there an account to delete?
No. Slix.io has no sign-up, no login, no profile and no server-side player record. We do not hold a username, an email address or a password for you, so there is no account for us to close.
1. Everything on your device
Progress, coins, gems, unlocked cosmetics, settings, your advertising consent choice, cached city photos and any generated clips all live in the app’s private storage. Two ways to erase them:
- Clear app data — Settings → Apps → Slix.io → Storage → Clear storage. The app stays installed and starts fresh.
- Uninstall the app — removes the app and all of its data together.
This cannot be undone. There is no cloud backup, so clearing data or uninstalling permanently loses your campaign progress and any coin or gem balance — including balances that were bought with money. The one-time Remove ads purchase is safe: it is registered with Google Play and restores itself on any device signed in to the same account.
2. Advertising data held by Google
Advertising is served by Google AdMob against your device’s resettable advertising ID. You control it at the Android level, for every app at once:
- Delete the advertising ID — Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID. Apps can no longer use it, and personalised advertising stops.
- Reset it instead — same screen. Keeps advertising working but breaks the link to everything collected before.
- Ask Google directly — Google is the controller for the ad-serving data it holds. Use My Ad Center and My Activity.
3. Analytics and crash reports
These are pseudonymous — they hang off an app instance identifier created at install time, not off anything that names you. Uninstalling the app stops all further collection, and the identifier is discarded with it. Existing records expire on the schedule in the privacy policy: analytics events within 14 months, crash reports within 90 days.
If you want us to make a deletion request for records associated with your installation before then, email us — see below — and include your device model, Android version and approximately when you played, which is the most we can work with.
4. Purchase records
Purchases are made with Google, not with us, and Google keeps the order record as the seller. We cannot delete it: tax and accounting law requires Google to retain transaction records for a set period. Manage what you can at Google Play order history.
What sits on our side is nothing more than a local note on your phone that a purchase was credited, and clearing app data removes it.
5. Support emails
If you have written to us, that mail thread contains whatever you put in it, including your email address. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we still need it for an open refund or legal matter — and we will say so if that is the case.
Send a deletion request
Email support@slixio.eazi.click with the subject Data deletion request, and tell us:
- what you want deleted — support emails, analytics records, or everything we can reach;
- the country you are in, so we apply the right law;
- the Google Play order number, if the request touches a purchase.
We reply within 30 days, and confirm in writing what was deleted and what could not be, with the reason.
The honest part. Because the game identifies nobody, we normally have no way to look you up — there is no key to search on. A request may correctly come back as “we hold nothing that identifies you; here is exactly how to clear what does exist, and where Google’s own controls are”. That is not a brush-off. It is what building a game without accounts actually means, and steps 1 and 2 above put the deletion in your hands rather than ours.
